We are looking for a dedicated Italian Speaker to join a world’s leading search engine provider!

Responsibility

  • You will be part of a team of top class sales professionals. You will drive sustained sales as well as proactively finding new selling opportunities.
  • Generating leads and conduct lead management by contacting new and existing customers in the B2B market on a daily basis, identifying sales opportunities
  • Establish a trust relation with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
  • Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions
  • Provide strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients
  • Grow revenue by up-selling towards existing clients
  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

 

Your Profile

  • Italian Native Speaker and fluent level of English 
  • Sales or Marketing experience
  • Awareness of PPC online advertising platforms 
  • Exemplary communication skills and listening skills 
  • Highly motivated and performance-oriented 
  • Creative decision-making skills and proven ability to work independently positive mind set 
  • Attention to details and diligence.

Are you an Italian speaker looking for a job in sunny Portugal?

Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Service for bookings, purchases of services or goods
  • Assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, return and exchange and further questions about customer accounts
  • Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns

 

Your profile

  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English
  • Willing to start an international experience – work abroad
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information
  • Experience in customer service (preferred)
