Role:
- Handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Handling and responding to end-users’ requests through multiple contact channels (phone, e-mail, chat)
- It requires maintaining solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
- Performing data entry and use of software programs
Job Requirements:
- Being native in Italian
- English in a communicative level is mandatory
- Basic Computer skills
- Willing to work for at least 1 year contract in Greece (can be renewable after 1 year as the client is not looking for short term contract!)
- Flexibility in working hours and ability to work in shifts
Starting Dates: December 2019 or January 2020
Location: Athens (Greece)
