You will join and be part of a new American streaming service platform that will heavily compete against Netflix.
As a Customer Support Agent, your daily mission will be:
- to assist customers through phone and chat regarding different queries;
- to provide account support to viewers namely with regards to software functionality;
- to guide clients through products’ features
All of this while delivering an amazing customer care experience!
In order to be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proficient knowledge of Italian (C2);
- Good level of English (B2);
- Good computer and internet skills;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a plus
